Adrian Maciejewski Joins the Aegis Ventures Team

We’re excited to welcome Adrian Maciejewski to the Aegis team — a physician, entrepreneur, and innovator with a deep track record in medical technology. Adrian is passionate about translating clinical insight into real-world impact, and his experience bridges two worlds: medicine and startups.

Over the past few years, Adrian has built mobile health apps, launched connected medical devices, and helped bring digital health solutions to international markets. He knows the road from concept to clinic — including what it takes to navigate certification, regulation, and go-to-market in healthcare.

At Aegis, Adrian joins as Principal and will be involved in the full investment process. But most importantly, he’ll work closely with founders — supporting portfolio companies in strategy, fundraising, and scaling beyond their home markets.
