For several years, we have been organizing recurring #healthtech networking events that combine hands-on workshops with relationship-building among key industry stakeholders. One such event took place on October 16, 2025, featuring a workshop on expanding to the U.S. market and a panel on due diligence in medical companies, as part of a broader initiative to strengthen collaboration in Poland and internationally.

Aegis Capital has successfully completed the full registration process for its AIFM (ZASI) and ASI, obtaining all required regulatory approvals and becoming fully operational within a secure and transparent structure for its 22 investors. The fund is now focused on building its investment pipeline and preparing its first transactions, with a strategic emphasis on longevity and healthcare.

Anna Badurska has joined Aegis Capital as a Venture Partner, bringing extensive experience in HealthTech and AgeTech innovation and a track record of supporting startups that have raised over €1 billion in funding. She will focus on sourcing high-potential investments and supporting portfolio companies, with a strong emphasis on AI, strategic partnerships, and navigating complex regulatory environments.

Aegis VC raised its fund to PLN 80 million and expanded its investor base to 22 partners. It invests in early-stage tech - mainly healthtech in CEE - with up to PLN 8 million per company.
