Aegis Capital – Operational Launch

The registration process of the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (ZASI) and the
Alternative Investment Company (ASI) is complex and multi-stage — Aegis Capital
has successfully completed this process. We have obtained all required regulatory
clearances (KNF, UOKiK) as well as registration in the National Court Register
(KRS), which means we are formally ready to commence our investment activities.

The fund operates within a professional and secure ASI structure, ensuring
transparency and an appropriate level of protection for its 22 private investors.

We are currently focused on building a strong investment pipeline and preparing our
first transactions. At the same time, we are further developing our investment policy,
with a focus on longevity and healthcare projects.
